Bubble Sort

What is it? Bubble sort is typically applied to 1 dimensional array of numbers. Bubble sort can be easily generalized to sort two dimensional number arrays. In the applet below numbers are represented as colors (red=0, blue=100). Things to do: run the simulation to see it sort the numbers from lop left to bottom right. Press the "r" (for randomize) key on your keyboard to assign new random values to pieces. More Information
